Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce HR Service.
Who: To use these agents, users need the Unified Employee License, Agentforce permission set licenses, and these add-on licenses: Agentforce Employee Agent and Employee Hub HR Service Workspace.
How: From the App Launcher, select Agentforce Studio. Click New Agents and select the specific agents your organization needs. After activation, employees can access these agents through the Salesforce chat interface or the Salesforce mobile app.
