# Configure Referral Management Through Conversation

Configure Health Referral Management without clicking through dozens of setup pages by using a conversational setup assistant in your AI coding assistant. The setup flow walks you through Clinical Service Request page layouts, referral creation flows, provider search integration, case automation, and orchestration. Optional acts cover eligibility and benefits verification, prior authorization, predictive scoring, patient and provider outreach, and the Experience Cloud guest portal.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud, Health Cloud Referral Management, and Agentforce for Health Cloud add-on licenses. You can run the setup skills using an AI coding assistant, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, that's connected to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).

_Headless 360 MCP Server is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at_ [_Agreements - Salesforce.com_](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) _or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the_ [_Product Terms Directory_](https://ptd.salesforce.com/)_. Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion._

**How:** Connect your AI coding assistant to your org through the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta) and Salesforce CLI. Type a plain-language request to set up Health Cloud, followed by Referral Management. For example, “Set up Health Cloud in this org” and "Set up Referral Management in this org". Your assistant selects the necessary skills and guides you through the rest of the setup. Some steps still require manual actions. The assistant flags those steps when they come up.
