Keep referrals in sync between your electronic health record (EHR) system and Agentforce Health in near real time, with no manual reentry. Agentforce Health now listens to HL7 messages from your EHR to create referral records automatically, updates the record status as appointments are scheduled and completed, and writes referrals back to the EHR. Your teams track internal and external referrals from one source of truth instead of piecing them together across separate systems.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with Health Cloud and MuleSoft.
Who: This feature is available to users with the Health Cloud Appointment Management permission set and the MuleSoft Administrator user permission.
How: From Setup, find and select MuleSoft Direct. Then, enable, configure, and deploy the HL7 V2 ORM Process API - Implementation Template and the HL7 V2 SIU Process API - Implementation Template.
