Get available appointment slots for healthcare providers or assets based on specified criteria

Use the new GetAppointmentSlots action.

Parse the JSON response from the Parse Conversation Inquiries prompt template into a conversation summary

Use the new ParseConversationResponse action.

Return a JSON array of identity verification field descriptors that an Agentforce agent uses to collect caller answers
