# Measure Care Gap Campaign Impact with a Prebuilt Dashboard

Measure care gap campaign success with a pre-built dashboard available in the Health Engagement Analytics application. View closure rates, average time to close, manual intervention rates, and touches per closure as soon as campaigns run, without extra analytics setup. Optimize Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Stars and Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) reporting windows by evaluating weekly and monthly trends, comparing active campaigns side by side, and filtering metrics by plan type and health condition, and viewing geographic heatmaps to spot regional access gaps.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health Cloud, Tableau Next Limited Consumer, and Data 360 add-on licenses.

**Who:** The dashboard is available to users with the Health Cloud Foundation, Data Cloud Admin, and Tableau Next Limited Consumer permission sets.

**How:** From setup, go to Health Engagement Settings and. Turn on Patient and Member Outreach. Then, from the guided setup, install the Health Engagement Analytics application to access the dashboard.
