See how autonomous agents consume your Intelligent Appointment Management APIs. When an Agentforce agent books, cancels, updates, or searches for appointments, slots, or resources through Connect REST APIs, Digital Wallet meters the usage as part of the Flex Credits card. Track your agent API consumption in your Digital Wallet dashboards, where the system aggregates usage by type. Metering runs in the background with no impact on API performance or reliability and excludes patient data from usage events. Digital Wallet meters only autonomous agents (Einstein Service Agent users) and excludes standard user calls.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited editions with the Health cloud and Data cloud add-on licenses.
How: No additional configuration is required. Digital Wallet automatically meters usage for the Book Appointment, Cancel Appointment, Update Appointment, Get Slots, and Get Resources APIs.
