# Get Contextual Help in the Flow of Work

The Help Agent, a conversational AI assistant, is now available directly inside the Salesforce platform in select suites and editions. Users can access context-aware guidance directly within the app, tailored to their specific permissions and current workflow. This integrated experience provides faster, personalized answers and support access without switching tools or repeating context.

**Where:** This change is available in English in Lightning Experience in Free Suite, Starter Suite, and Pro Suite, and Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions.

**When:** TheHelp Agent became available on a rolling basis to Free Suite, Starter Suite, Pro Suite, and Professional Edition beginning in May 2026. It became available to Enterprise Edition in September 2026 and to Unlimited Edition in October 2026.

**How:** Access the Help Agent from the ? icon in Salesforce. No additional setup is required.
