# Turn on CDN for All Lightning App Static Resources

Extend the Lightning components framework content delivery network (CDN) to serve all of the static resources for your Lightning apps. Previously, the CDN served only static resources for Lightning pages.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experiences in Group, Essentials, Starter Suite, Pro Suite, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**How:** Go to **Setup** | **Security** | **Session Settings** and check **Serve all Lighting app static resources through CDN**. You can only turn on this preference if you also enable Lightning CDN for your org. If the **Enable Content Delivery Network (CDN) for Lightning Component framework** settings is off, then the option to enable **Serve All Lightning App Static Resources Through CDN** is grayed out. This option is also gray if you've already enabled both settings.
