Configure dynamic rules to show tailored referral confirmation messages based on conditions you define, communicating clearly with users, improving engagement, and building trust. If no matching rules apply, a successful referral submission displays the default confirmation message.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).
How: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Intelligent Referral Management, and select Intelligent Referral Management. Click Referral Intake Configurations, and then click New Intake Configuration. Specify the configuration name and description, define steps and sections, and then define rules to configure the success screen messages.
