# Edit Document Settings Directly from the Pre-Meeting Tab

Your advisors can now update document settings from the Pre-Meeting tab without removing and re-uploading a document. Change Document Type, Summarize, Include in Meeting Preparation, and Client-Facing Document settings. The action menu also uses clearer labels, including View Document for file preview and Edit Document Summary for summarization edits.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Financial Services Cloud).

**When:** Meeting Concierge enhancements are available on a rolling basis starting September 2026.

**How:** In the Documents component on the Pre-Meeting tab, open the action menu of a document and select **Edit Document Settings**. In the Document Settings window, update the document type, summarization, meeting preparation inclusion, and client-facing designation, and then save your changes.
