# Set Up Meeting Concierge with an AI Assistant

Use an AI-assisted workflow in a supported coding environment to set up Meeting Concierge end-to-end in an existing Financial Services org, without navigating multiple setup pages or relying on specialized setup knowledge.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Unlimited and Agentforce editions with Agentforce Financial Services.

Note Headless 360 MCP Server is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**Why:** Meeting Concierge setup is a high-effort, high-risk undertaking for teams without deep platform knowledge. Errors or delays push back the AI-assisted meeting experience that advisors depend on to prepare for, run, and follow up on client reviews. The AI-assisted workflow removes that barrier so firms can deploy faster and with more confidence.

**How:** First, install, activate, and connect to the [Headless 360 MCP server](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/hosted-mcp-servers/guide/headless-360-mcp.html). If using Claude Code, also install the [Claude Code Plugin](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_headless360_cc_plugin.htm&language=en_US&release=264&type=5). All of the skills are available to you through the MCP server. Next, in a supported AI coding environment, run the Meeting Concierge setup skill and describe your meeting playbook. Review the generated playbook configuration, make any necessary adjustments, and apply the definition to your org.
