# Manage Household Relationships with Prebuilt Flows

Add, edit, and delete household relationships from Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) graphs using prebuilt flows. The prebuilt flows with built-in validation rules replace standard record pages with customized pages with relevant fields, preventing incomplete or mismatched data from entering your org. You can use these flows as-is or clone and customize them in Flow Builder to align with your business rules.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with the Agentforce for Financial Services add-on license or included in Agentforce 1 Financial Services Edition.

**Why:** Previously, household details were displayed using the Household Graph and Household Graph for Managed Package, and clicking actions like New Member opened a standard record page. Now, these legacy graphs are replaced by the enhanced Household Management Graph and Household Management Graph for Managed Package, which launch prebuilt flows directly when users click graph actions. Purpose-built screens walk users through tasks and enforce validation rules without leaving the flow or altering graph configurations. For example, the Add Member to Household flow guides users to search for or create a person account and relate it to the household.

**How:** Customize the prebuilt flows according to your business requirements. Next, open the Actionable Relationship Center in Setup, edit the relevant node action on the Household Management Graph or Household Management Graph for Managed Package, and select your customized flow.
