- Seamlessly Book and Schedule Multiday Service Appointments
Increase productivity by booking and scheduling appointments that span multiple days. Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization services, including the Schedule, Get Candidates, Optimize, and Book Appointment actions, now fully support multiday appointments with arrival window commitments. For example, you can now book appointments for long installation jobs without needing workarounds. A maximum search horizon of 30 days is supported, and appointments must fit completely within that window to appear as available slots. For example, if you search a 30-day horizon for a 7-day appointment, slots in the last 6 days of the horizon don't appear. - Improve Productivity and Efficiency by Optimizing Multiday Service Appointments

Previously, the engine scheduled each appointment independently and locked multiday assignments after initial placement, limiting overall schedule quality. - Expand Coverage to Include Complex Work in Rule Violation Analytics (Beta)
To better track inefficiencies across your field service operations, Rule Violation Analytics now also shows violations for complex work. For example, if an installation appointment is scheduled before its required site prep appointment finishes, Rule Violation Analytics flags the sequence violation.
