• Open a Cleared Form from a Deep Link in the Field Service Mobile App
  Add the fsl__restart=true parameter to the deep link that your external app uses to launch the Field Service mobile app and open a form. The app then opens the specified form cleared of previously entered values, so your technicians get a blank form every time. Previously, the app retained values between launches, so a deep link reopened the form with the earlier entries still in place.
• Complete Dynamic Data Capture Forms in One Voice-to-Form Session
  Mobile workers speak their inputs once, and Voice to Form reveals hidden fields and maps values in the right order. Previously, spoken values for fields that weren't yet visible went unmapped, and mobile workers ran Voice to Form several times to finish a branching form.
• Get a Cleaner Look for Data Capture Forms
  Data Capture forms look cleaner and more polished with rounded corners on inputs and containers. The refreshed styling appears automatically as the default, with no setup on your part. To go further, override the default styling to apply your organization's brand colors on top of the updated look.
