Get to the actions directly from the right-click menu. Previously, actions were only accessed from the Gantt and list view headers and popovers.
Where: This change applies to the Scheduling Console in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Field Service.
When: This feature is available in the Scheduling Console starting August 24, 2026.
How: Right click on an appointment to see the available actions.
