# Reschedule Appointments Faster by Dragging Them Onto the Gantt

Move a scheduled appointment from the appointment list or the map directly onto the Gantt to reschedule it, instead of locating it there first. Drop it onto the resource and time slot you want, cutting out extra clicks and context switching.

**Where:** This change applies to the Scheduling Console in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Field Service.

**When:** This feature is available in the Scheduling Console starting August 24, 2026.
