# Start New Customers on the Scheduling Console

New customers automatically get the Scheduling Console as their default dispatcher experience and can no longer access the Classic Dispatch Console. Existing customers keep their current Dispatch Console access.

**Where:** This change applies to the Scheduling Console in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Field Service.

**When:** The Scheduling Console is the default for new customers starting August 24, 2026.
