# Expand Coverage to Include Complex Work in Rule Violation Analytics (Beta)

To better track inefficiencies across your field service operations, Rule Violation Analytics now also shows violations for complex work. For example, if an installation appointment is scheduled before its required site prep appointment finishes, Rule Violation Analytics flags the sequence violation.

**Where:** This feature is available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Field Service managed package installed.

Note Rule violation Analytics is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/?_ga=2.247987783.1372150065.1709219475-629000709.1639001992). Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**When:** Complex work is supported in Rule Violation Analytics starting the week of October 19, 2026.
