description: Multi-day service appointments in Scheduling Console break down into distinct work, travel, weekend, holiday, lunch, and absence segments instead of rendering as one solid block, and totals appear on the service appointment tile, in the tooltip, and in the details panel. Utilization for multi-day service appointments counts only actual work hours, so the numbers match what. Lunch breaks are hidden inside multi-day bars for easier reading on long-running rows, and a dedicated marker distinguishes multi-day service appointments from short-cycle ones at every zoom level.

# Visualize Multi-Day Service Appointments with Accurate Work Segments and Utilization

Multi-day service appointments in Scheduling Console break down into distinct work, travel, weekend, holiday, lunch, and absence segments instead of rendering as one solid block, and totals appear on the service appointment tile, in the tooltip, and in the details panel. Utilization for multi-day service appointments counts only actual work hours, so the numbers match what. Lunch breaks are hidden inside multi-day bars for easier reading on long-running rows, and a dedicated marker distinguishes multi-day service appointments from short-cycle ones at every zoom level.

**Where:** This change applies to the Scheduling Console in Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Field Service.

**When:** This feature is available in the Scheduling Console starting September 7, 2026.
