# Send Field Service Technicians to a Custom LWC from a Push Notification

Custom notifications in the Field Service mobile app now support Target Page Reference, in addition to Target ID. Route your technicians to a specific destination—such as a custom Lightning web component tab—when they tap a notification. Previously, tapping a custom notification could only open a record page, so technicians had to hunt for the relevant tab or field.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions, and to the Field Service mobile app for Android and iOS.

**How:** In Flow Builder, add the **Send Custom Notification** action, and set **Target Page Reference** to a JSON page reference—for example, a `standard__component` reference to a custom Lightning web component tab—instead of (or alongside) **Target ID**. When the technician taps the notification in the Field Service mobile app, the app navigates to the page reference. If both Target Page Reference and Target ID are set on the same notification, the page reference takes priority.
