Improve efficiency for users who complete multiple work items through the Orchestration Work guide. Open a native Agentforce panel in your Mobile Publisher apps. The Experience Delivery and Experience Cloud Agent beta features are discontinued.
- Open the Next Work Item from the Same Orchestration Run in Experience Builder
In Experience Builder, configure the Orchestration Work Guide to help users complete work items from the same orchestration run. - Launch a Native Agentforce Panel in Mobile Publisher Apps
In Mobile Publisher apps, the mobile floating action button now opens a native Agentforce panel through the Embedded Messaging component. This behavior replaces the web-based Messaging for Web mobile flow, so your users get a faster, more integrated in-app experience that matches the surrounding native app. - Experience Delivery (Beta) Is Discontinued
The Experience Delivery infrastructure for LWR sites, previously announced as a beta feature, is discontinued as of Winter ’27. For the best performance, we recommend that you republish your site. When you publish a site that’s still hosted on Experience Delivery, the site is automatically migrated to the standard LWR infrastructure. If you have a published site that’s hosted on Experience Delivery and you don’t republish it, the site is still available, but its performance can degrade over time. - Experience Builder Agent (Beta) Is Discontinued
The Experience Builder Agent, previously announced as a beta feature for enhanced LWR sites, is discontinued as of Winter ’27. If you created an Experience Builder Agent during the beta, you can no longer use it. If you didn’t turn on this feature during the beta, you can no longer enable it.
