Experience Cloud

Reduce the risk of downtime during Salesforce maintenance for custom domain sites that you serve via a third party. Improve efficiency for Aura and Lightning Web Runtime site visitors who submit records or use the Orchestration Work Guide. Keep sensitive information invisible to guest users and take advantage of new email-related security features for your sites.

  • Simplify Custom Domain Management with a Stable Target Host Name
If a third party serves your custom domain and your org uses Salesforce Edge Network, reduce your effort and the risk of downtime during Salesforce maintenance. Work with your third-party provider to update the domain’s target host name to your org’s My Domain login URL, which continues to work when your Salesforce instance changes. The current target host name works until your instance name or Hyperforce cell changes. We recommend that you update the target host name before your next org migration.
  • Aura and LWR Sites
Improve efficiency for users who complete multiple work items through the Orchestration Work guide. Open a native Agentforce panel in your Mobile Publisher apps. The Experience Delivery and Experience Cloud Agent beta features are discontinued.
  • Security and Sharing
Specify the From address that each Experience Cloud site uses to send email on behalf of a user with an unverified email domain. Designate a secondary sender email address to send more securely emails that contain sensitive data. Identify and hide fields that contain sensitive information from guest users while keeping these fields visible to portal users.
