# Automate SLA Management Setup and Maintenance

Set up SLA Management end-to-end without navigating multiple Setup pages. The sla-management-setup skill creates SLA policies, milestone types, milestones, and milestone actions. It can also be used to activate SLA policies and define conditions for auto-application of entitlements to incoming records, such as cases, incidents, and work orders. Use the skill to verify your configuration and manage SLA policy versions and update rules.
