**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Agentforce Energy & Utilities and Agentforce Sales for Slack.

**Who:** Sales representatives need the Agentforce Sales for Slack permission set and Sales Cloud for Slack app to receive notifications.
