Enhance your sales strategy with configurable promotions. Configure promotion details, including type, duration, and eligibility, and add coupons for manual promotions. View and apply tailored promotions to a quote and an order directly from the configurator or the Sales Transaction Line Editor to acquire new customers or deepen relationships with existing ones. Your sales team has the flexibility to close every deal with the best offer.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Agentforce Energy & Utilities.

**Who:** To see and apply promotions, users must have the Apply Promotions on Sales Transactions permission set.
