# New Connections and Program Management

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications such as a new utility connection application with milestone tracking and SLA compliance management. Configure milestone templates that define the required steps, owners, and SLAs for each connection type. Use the Milestone Tracker data table to monitor progress in real time, receive alerts when milestones are at risk, and reassign ownership directly from the record, eliminating spreadsheet-based tracking. Use the interactive milestone tracker to easily assign task owners, monitor SLA compliance with color-coded risk indicators, and track overall progress.
