# Monitor SLA Compliance for Connection Milestones

Reduce regulatory risk by tracking SLA compliance for each milestone in your connection processes. The Milestone Tracker component shows elapsed time against the target SLA for each milestone and task, with status indicators that flag at-risk and violated milestones. Pause and resume milestone timers when work is blocked to maintain accurate compliance tracking.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth.

**How:** Configure entitlement processes and add the milestoneTracker component to the Individual Application page layout.
