# Enable Entitlements and Milestones for New Utility Connections

Give your reps access to the New Connections Management feature by enabling the entitlements and milestones for new utility connections.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions with Energy & Utilities - Growth.

**How:** From Setup, got to Energy & Utilities Settings, and turn on **Individual Application Milestone Enablement**.
