Automate the creation of quote recipient groups by using Agentforce. Sales reps use the prebuilt agent actions to create and manage recipient groups for a quote. With quote recipient groups, sales reps can configure and apply an offer to a group of recipients without cloning the offer for each recipient individually. Improve the scalability, usability, and performance of quote line items by managing the offer in a single representation of the quote line items associated with multiple recipients.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Agentforce for Energy & Utilities and the Agentforce for Energy & Utilities add-on. The Agentforce Employee Agent uses Flex Credits under the Salesforce Foundations Entitlements model.
