# Compare Tariffs and Enroll Customers with Agentforce

Give your sales and service reps the power of Agentforce to quickly and efficiently compare energy product offerings and service rates. Reps can suggest fully priced, eligible product offers, recommend better value plans based on a customer's usage and location, answer product questions, and complete enrollment in new products and services.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Agentforce for Energy & Utilities and the Agentforce for Energy & Utilities add-on. The Agentforce Employee Agent uses Flex Credits under the Salesforce Foundations Entitlements model.

**When:** This feature is available starting October 2, 2026.

**How:** Use these actions to compare energy plans and enroll customers.

- Get Tariff Configurations
- Get Available Service Points
- Get Customer Service Addresses
- Get Fully Priced Products
- Generate Tariff Pricing Request
- Submit Customer Enrollment
