# Automate Cart Operations with Flows and Invocable Actions

Simplify quoting and ordering process by integrating CPQ Cart APIs with Agentforce in the Energy & Utilities managed package. Enhance customer experience by enabling your sales reps to efficiently manage quotes and orders directly with Agentforce, eliminating the need for custom Apex. Use the preconfigured flows and prebuilt invocable actions to create your own agent actions and invoke them with specific instructions.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with the Energy & Utilities managed package and the Agentforce for Energy & Utilities add-on.

**Who:** To use this feature, users need the licenses for Industries CPQ and Agentforce.

**When:** This feature is available starting October 2, 2026.

**How:** From the App Launcher, find and select **Vlocity CMT Administration**. Click **CPQ Configuration Setup** in the Custom Settings section. Add the CpqCartAgentInvocableAction parameter, and set its value to ON.
