# GPT-5 Family (GPT-5, GPT-5-Mini, GPT-5-Nano, GPT-5-Pro) and O3 / O3-Pro Reroute Date Approaching

GPT-5 Family and O3 / O3-Pro model requests will be rerouted December 11, 2026.

- GPT-5 is being replaced by GPT-5.6-Sol
- GPT-5-Mini is being replaced by GPT-5.6-Terra
- GPT-5-Nano is being replaced by GPT-5.6-Luna
- GPT-5-Pro is being replaced by GPT-5.6-Sol
- O3 is being replaced by GPT-5.6-Sol
- O3-Pro is being replaced by GPT-5.6-Sol

We recommend that you test your prompts and applications with the new model in Prompt Builder and AI Models as soon as possible, because expected responses can change.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with an Einstein for Sales, Einstein for Platform, or Einstein for Service add-on.

**When:** GPT-5 Family and O3 / O3-Pro model requests are rerouted on December 11, 2026.
