# Student Appointment Scheduling Other Changes

Create a more relevant booking experience with configurable labels, required comments, dynamic scheduling topics, and flexible advisor and team visibility. Display advisor taglines and profile details to help students select an advisor who meets their needs. Filter scheduling topics based on the selected advisor or team to reduce booking errors.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Performance, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who:** Only users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can configure appointment data for the learners portal. Only users with the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud Access permission set can access the portal.

**Why:** Admins can now customize the scheduling experience and provide more context to students.

- Show an advisor's tagline along with their name to help students select an advisor who meets their needs.
- Give students more information about an advisor by showing a profile card with selected service resource fields.
- Customize booking-page labels to match your institution’s terminology.
- Select whether students see assigned advisors only, unassigned teams only, or both, so that each page presents relevant booking resources.
- Filter scheduling topics dynamically by showing only topics that the selected advisor or team supports.
- Prompt students for preparation details by making the comment field mandatory and setting a custom label.
