# Spread Tuition Payments with Flexible Payment Plans

Offer your students flexible payment options by spreading tuition across multiple installments. Configure monthly, quarterly, or custom schedules that match your billing cycles. Automate payment collection through integrated gateways while your students track their plan status and upcoming auto-debits in real time from the learner portal.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Revenue Cloud Billing licenses are enabled.

**Who:** Advisors with Education Cloud Full Access, Billing Operations User, and Payment Operations User permission sets can use this feature. Students who have the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud and Billing Experience Cloud User permission sets can use this feature.

**How:** In Setup, find and select **Set Up Education Cloud**, and turn on **Set Up Student Financial Account Management**. To manage billing and payments settings, click **Configure Billing and Payments**.
