# Share Billing Details with Your Students

Provide direct access to billing features so that your students can view detailed invoices, payment schedules, and installment plans. Consolidate account balance inquiries when you combine multiple actions into a unified flow that displays refund, payment, and credit memo balances. Use enhanced academic term enrollment logic to improve fee breakdown accuracy for students who review term-specific charges.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud, Revenue Cloud Advanced, and Revenue Cloud Billing licenses, and the applicable Agentforce add-on license are enabled. For more support, contact your Salesforce account executive.

**Who:** Advisors who have the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can configure and use the Student Financials Agent in Education. Students who have the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud, Billing Experience Cloud User, and Billing Einstein Experience Cloud User permission sets can use the Student Financials Agent in Experience Cloud sites.
