Define an academic calendar that keeps registration, enrollment, and student communications accurate without manual data entry. Provide your institution's key academic dates to a coding agent, or point it to CSV or PDF files, or a webpage. It validates your dates, identifies overlaps and conflicts, creates the academic year, term, and session records, and adds registration windows and deadlines.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
When: This change is available starting September 2026.
Who: Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can run setup skills through a coding agent, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, that's connected to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).
How: You can use Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code to plan your academic calendar. For Agentforce Vibes, no installation is required. Agentforce Vibes installs, enables, and updates AI Skills automatically. You can manage them from the Skills page, under Toolkit, in Agentforce Vibes. For Claude Code, install the Salesforce Development plugin, which provides Salesforce-specific skills and org context through hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
First, connect to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Next, provide your key dates to configure your academic calendar.
