Higher education students can maintain their emergency contacts, while parents and guardians of K-12 students can manage contacts and authorized pickups for their children. Prioritize emergency contact order and authorized pickup relationships, and maintain a complete audit trail of all changes.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
Who: Advisors with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can use this feature. Students who have the Education Cloud for Experience Cloud permission set can use this feature.
How: To turn on delegated access management, select Salesforce Go from the gear menu or from the main Setup menu. Then search for Delegated Access Management.
