Offer your recruitment teams an Agentforce agent that answers prospective students' admissions questions, captures inquiries, and registers them for campus tours and events. Describe your recruitment process to a coding agent. The coding agent turns on the required platform features, configures the permissions and Data 360 grounding, and creates the Student Recruitment Agent in draft for you to customize and deploy.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where these licenses and add-ons are enabled.
- Education Cloud
- Einstein for Education Cloud
- Data 360
- Applicable Agentforce add-on licenses
When: This change is available starting September 2026.
Who: Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can run setup skills through a coding agent, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, that's connected to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).
How: You can use Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code to create a Student Recruitment Agent. For Agentforce Vibes, no installation is required. Agentforce Vibes installs, enables, and updates AI Skills automatically. You can manage them from the Skills page, under Toolkit, in Agentforce Vibes. For Claude Code, install the Salesforce Development plugin, which provides Salesforce-specific skills and org context through hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
First, connect to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Next, describe your recruitment process. The coding agent creates the Student Recruitment Agent in draft, and you configure and deploy it.
