# Build a Multi-Campus Institutional Hierarchy with AI Tools

Establish and maintain your multi-campus institutional hierarchy without hours of manual setup. Describe your campus structure to a coding agent, or point it to an existing spreadsheet, webpage, or text description. The coding agent builds the account hierarchy that represents your institution, including campuses, colleges, and departments, and lays a reliable foundation for enrollment, reporting, and role-based access.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

Note Headless 360 MCP Server is a beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at [Agreements - Salesforce.com](https://www.salesforce.com/company/legal/agreements/) or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the [Product Terms Directory](https://ptd.salesforce.com/). Use of this beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.

**When:** This change is available starting September 2026.

**Who:** Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can run setup skills through a coding agent, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, that's connected to the [Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta)](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/hosted-mcp-servers/guide/headless-360-mcp.html).

**How:** You can use Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code to set up and configure your multi-campus institutional hierarchy. For Agentforce Vibes, no installation is required. Agentforce Vibes installs, enables, and updates AI Skills automatically. You can manage them from the Skills page, under Toolkit, in Agentforce Vibes. For Claude Code, install the [Salesforce Development plugin](https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/platform/salesforce-skills-plugins/guide/overview.html), which provides Salesforce-specific skills and org context through hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

First, connect to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Next, provide your campus structure to build your institutional hierarchy.
