Give a coding agent your existing course data, such as CSV or PDF files, or a catalog webpage. Replace hours of manual data entry with a standardized and consistent process so that students and advisors access an accurate catalog. The coding agent creates course records, including linked lecture and lab courses, and links each course to its provider, such as the college or department that offers it.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.
When: This change is available starting September 2026.
Who: Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can run setup skills through a coding agent, such as Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code, that's connected to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta).
How: You can use Agentforce Vibes or Claude Code to build your course catalog. For Agentforce Vibes, no installation is required. Agentforce Vibes installs, enables, and updates AI Skills automatically. You can manage them from the Skills page, under Toolkit, in Agentforce Vibes. For Claude Code, install the Salesforce Development plugin, which provides Salesforce-specific skills and org context through hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
First, connect to the Headless 360 MCP Server (Beta). Next, provide your course data to build your catalog. The coding agent creates course records. You set up learning programs and prerequisites separately.
