# Automate Faculty Access to Course Data with a Standardized and Secure Model

Grant and revoke faculty access to course and student data based on teaching assignments. Faculty members see only the courses that they're currently teaching, with access that automatically expires when the term ends. Configure academic role permissions one time, and automated workflows manage records as course assignments change. Administrative staff see who can access what with an immutable audit trail. This access management builds on Agentforce Education's standardized data model without custom sharing rules.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions where the Education Cloud license is enabled.

**Who:** Users with the Education Cloud Full Access permission set can use this feature.
