# General Setup

Give record submitters a choice of up to 10 flow approval processes with the Request Approvals component in Lightning App Builder. The Orchestration Work Guide component can now open the next work item from a run automatically when a user finishes the current one. Plus, two new User Interface Settings loosen page layout restrictions on inline editing in list views.

- **[Add Multiple Flow Approval Processes to a Record with the Request Approvals Component in Lightning App Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_customization_general_lab_request_approvals_component.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Configure the Request Approvals component in Experience Builder to give submitters up to 10 autolaunched flow approval processes to select from for a record.
- **[Open the Next Work Item from the Same Orchestration Run in Lightning App Builder](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_customization_general_lab_orchestration_work_item_component_update.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Configure the Orchestration Work Guide component in Lightning App Builder to automatically open the next work item from the same orchestration run when a user completes one.
- **[Make Inline Editing in List Views More Flexible](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_list_views_inline.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Two User Interface Settings give you more control over how users make inline edits in list views. Users can make inline edits to any field that they have edit access to, whether the field is included in the page layout or not. You can also allow inline editing in list views that contain multiple record types. Without these settings, page layout restrictions apply and inline editing is unavailable when a list view contains records of more than one type.
- **[Enable Field History Tracking for Users (Generally Available)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_field_history_tracking_ga.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Easily manage and audit a user's data by viewing a list of changes to users. Track up to 20 fields on the User object to monitor updates made through the user interface, bulk operations, Apex, or the API. View a detailed log of changes, including the old and new values, a timestamp, and who made the update. You can also run reports to get valuable insights into user activity and improve your record management. This feature is now generally available.
- **[View Setup Audit Trail Permission to Access Setup Audit Trail (Release Update)](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_setup_audit_trail.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
Control access to Setup Audit Trail with the dedicated View Setup Audit Trail permission. Admins can provide access without granting the broader View Setup permission, supporting the principle of least privilege. Existing access is preserved automatically. For new users who require Setup Audit Trail access, assign the permission through a profile or permission set.
- **[Monitor Org Health and Usage from Setup](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_customization_org_health_usage.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5)**
You no longer have to turn on Salesforce with Agentforce to monitor your orgs health and usage metrics. Org Health and Usage is now available in Setup for all admins. It provides insights into the health of your org and opportunities to improve it. It shows metrics for security, performance, trust, usage, and more. It also ranks the metrics based on severity, so the metrics that need your attention appear first.
