# Control Costs with Updated Metering for Customer Signals Intelligence

Customer Signals Intelligence now offers Experience Signals at no additional cost. Focus on gaining insights without worrying about consumption charges for experience signals. Only Data Cloud credits and Flex Credits for LLM requests and agent actions are consumed, making your CSI investment more cost-effective.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Customer Signals Intelligence.

**How:** This change takes effect automatically for orgs with CSI. Your consumption cards display only Flex Credits and Data Cloud credits as a metered component. Experience Signals are no longer billed and show no consumption.
