Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) extracts row data and matches it to premises, service accounts, and the product catalog. Users then generate Quote Members and Quote Line Items (QLIs) from the matched records.

Who: To upload request PDFs and generate quote records, you need the Intelligent Document Processing add-on license.
How: An admin configures the Product Location and MACD document types in custom metadata, including field mapping, validation, value normalization, and match rules. Turn on Einstein Prompt Builder so Intelligent Document Processing can match products and normalize values. Your users upload a request PDF to an existing quote and generate Quote Members and Quote Line Items from the matched rows.
