# Manage Customer Carts in Communications Service Console for Consumer Sales

Manage customer shopping carts by validating configuration and converting them to orders directly from the Communications Service Console in Consumer Sales. Reps can now validate cart configuration, make sure that product compatibility and pricing are correct, and convert carts to draft orders for further editing and checkout completion. This capability bridges digital self-service and representative assisted support, making it easier to handle complex subscription changes.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Communications Cloud Advanced.
