# Drive Customer Engagement with Coupon-Based Promotions

Issue coupon codes to customers that unlock promotional discounts when redeemed. Sales reps create multiple coupon codes for a single promotion, set redemption limits per buyer or across all buyers, and track usage to control campaign reach.

**Where:** This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Communications Cloud Advanced.
