Reps can create quotes and quote members, add products to quote or order carts, apply configurations from working carts, retrieve quote line item product and attribute details, and convert assets to quotes in batch.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions with Enterprise Sales Management.
How: From the App Launcher, find and select Flows. Create an autolaunched flow and add the invocable action to your canvas as an Apex Action element. Then, integrate it into an Agent Action by selecting this flow as the reference source within the Agent builder.
