# Delete Content and Folders in Bulk in Enhanced CMS Workspaces

Delete folders and content in bulk to keep your enhanced CMS workspace organized. Delete any item of CMS content, even when it’s published, and when you delete a folder, everything within it gets deleted too. Previously, deletion was limited to one unpublished content item at a time from the content detail page, and to empty folders only. This feature was developed based on your idea on IdeaExchange.

**Where:** This feature is available to enhanced CMS workspaces in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.

**When:** This change is available starting the week of September 28, 2026.

**How:** In your enhanced CMS workspace, select folders and content items. Click **Manage** | **Delete**, and then confirm the bulk action. When you delete fewer than 25 content items, they’re deleted immediately.

For large bulk deletions, track progress on the Job Status page, which shows statuses for deletions, exports, and imports. Previously named Export & Import Status, this page was renamed Job Statuses for clarity.
