# Select Specific Salesforce Objects to Refine Document Processing in Document AI

Get precise, targeted document processing that pulls data only from the files you care about. Select only the Salesforce objects whose attachments you want Document AI to process, such as accounts or contacts. As you add or remove attachments, Document AI keeps the extracted data up to date so your document schemas stay focused on the records that matter.

**Where:** This change applies to Data 360 in Developer, Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions.

**When:** This update rolled out in May 2026.

**How:** After establishing your Salesforce CRM connector, find the Content Document Version UDMO in Data 360. In Document AI, generate a schema configuration starting from a source object, and designate **Content Document Version**. Next, before you activate your schema, select the specific Salesforce object containing the files you want to evaluate.
