Schedule a query to run automatically each time its consumer segment publishes, so your clean room insights stay current. Scheduled queries are available only for Salesforce-provided collaboration templates.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Data 360 in Enterprise Edition. This feature isn't available in Government Cloud.
When: This feature is available starting in September 2026.
Why: Recurring analyses, such as a weekly audience overlap, depend on fresh data. Running each query manually takes time and can result in outdated insights. When you schedule a query on segment publish, it runs on the segment's publish cadence. You can still run the query on demand, and a manual run doesn't change its schedule.
How: On the Set Up Query page for the collaboration, select Schedule based on segment publish for Run Options, then choose the consumer segment and enter a schedule name.
